By: Rosdev Group Holiday Inn Montreal Midtown has been sold – January 20, 2014 Le Groupe Rosdev annonce que, l'hôtel Holiday Inn Midtown a été vendu à Propriétés N-HIM Sherbrooke Inc. Le Groupe Rosdev continuera à gérer et administrer l'hôtel jusqu'au 30 avril, 2014 date à laquelle les nouveaux propriétaires prendront la relève. L'hôtel a été construit en 1965 et ouvra ses portes l'année suivante comme étant le plus grand Holiday Inn avec 488 chambres. Le Groupe Rosdev a acheté de l'hôtel en 1983. The Rosdev Group announces that the Holiday Inn Montreal Midtown hotel has been sold to N-HIM Sherbrooke Properties Inc. The Rosdev Group will continue to manage and operate the hotel until April 30 2014 at which point the new owners will take over the property. The hotel was built in 1965 and opened its doors the following year as the largest Holiday Inn hotel, with 488 rooms. Rosdev purchased the hotel in 1983. End
