John Bair Appointed as Court-Approved Structured Settlement Broker for Deepwater Horizon Settlement

BUFFALO, N.Y. - Jan. 16, 2014 - PRLog -- As of January 14, 2014, Milestone Consulting Co-Founder John T. Bair is approved as a structured settlement broker to facilitate structured settlements for claimants involved in the BP Deepwater Horizon settlement.

Per the United States District Court Eastern District of Louisiana’s order dated January 30, 2013 (Rec. doc. 8425), amended on August 15, 2013 (Rec. doc. 11020), claimants may only pursue the structured settlement option with a court-appointed broker, as selected by the claimant.
