Book Launch Party Premieres Lobster Claws by Author Justinah McFadden

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Jan. 15, 2014 - PRLog -- Justinah McFadden has been writing almost consistently since her first book of poetry, “Dreaming On The Moon,” at the age of 8. “Lobster Claws is a perfect follow up, and actually an extention of the message of “Life Is A Lobster.” The former Brooklyn NY resident and retired NYPD police officer has directed her quest toward finding stability in a life that had little of it in her younger years. And it all came together once she recognized her purpose. McFadden talks excitedly about her journey from life in a bustling metropolitan environment into the experiences she’s had as an up and coming author, speaker and personal development coach.

“I’m pursuing my purpose, which feels very natural to me. As a published author and speaker, my “work” involves speaking to groups to motivate individuals about what it means to live your life in the role of the person you were given life to become. Living by acting on your purpose is the most empowering experience you can imagine.”

McFadden, who always talks at the fast pace of a native New Yorker, was even more excited about the milestone she’s reached with the writing of her 8th book, Lobster Claws which she is celebrating with the book launch party that is scheduled for February 15th.

The book launch party will be held in the main lobby of The Strand at Southbank in Jacksonville Florida. The address is 1401 Riverplace Blvd and the program is scheduled for Saturday February 15th at 4:00pm

McFadden states the evening’s program will be lively and casual with music playing and lots of mingling with an eclectic mix of an expected 300 or more guests. She also is extending an invitation to the Media.

“There will be door prizes, and I will provide a reading from Lobster Claws which will be followed by a Q&A session. In addition to lots of friends and family, there will be many people I haven’t met before, so I’m adding a photo-op session so to speak. I wanted to arrange the schedule so I can have my picture taken with friends and fans who have been so supportive over the years.”

It is clear that Author McFadden is a high spirited motivational speaker, and her catalog of books continues to grow, keeping pace with her growing schedule of speaking engagements. She mentioned she is in the planning stages for a college tour that is currently expected to be scheduled for the fall of this year.
