Fort Myers Attorney Erin Houck-Toll Receives AV Rating From Peers
Houck-Toll is Florida Bar Board Certified in Tax Law. She concentrates her practice in the areas of federal and state taxation, including representing taxpayers before the IRS and Florida Department of Revenue. Houck-Toll also assists clients in many aspects of business planning, health care law matters, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property issues.
In 2012, Houck-Toll was named as one of Gulfshore Business Magazine’s Top 40 Under 40. She has also been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers® magazine (2009-2011, 2013), noting her work in business and corporate law. Houck-Toll serves on the Executive Council for the Tax Section of The Florida Bar, on the Board of Directors for Empowerment of Alliance of Southwest Florida, Inc. and Special Equestrians, Inc. She also serves on the Greater Fort Myers Chamber Women in Business Committee and has served on the United Way Allocation Committee.
