United Aesthetics Organization Hosts Career Seminar and Fashion Show
Leading Aesthetics Organization Highlights Opportunity to Learn and Share
Registration for the seminar is $25 for members, $30 for non members and a special student rate of $15 for one student or $25 for two students. Registration is available online at www.unitedaestheticsorganization.com.
Registration and refreshments will be available from 8:30 to 9 a.m. followed by a welcome to vendors and an explanation of UAO benefits. A presentation, “Resumes that Get Interviews” will be from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. followed by a presentation on how “How to Sell Yourself in an Interview” from 10:15 to 11:30 a.m. The workshop sponsor will take a few minutes to talk and there will be a break from 11:30 to noon for attendees to shop, network and socialize. From noon to 1:30 p.m. there will be lunch and a “Dress for Success” fashion show featuring clothes and models from the Ann Taylor store. The afternoon activities kick off from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. with a presentation on “Four Dimensions of Success” another presentation on Marketing from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. followed by another opportunity to shop, network and socialize.
“This seminar is certain to be informative, educational and fun,” said MarthaHoffman, president and CEO of UAOand a CIDESCO Diplomat. “We will also offer prizes, but the best prize of all is for our members to put their UAO membership to work and reap huge returns in education, networking and other valuable benefits.”
The United Aesthetics Organization, Inc. was founded to enhance the image and practices of professionals in the aesthetics field and encourage its members to adhere to the highest standards in the industry. Initial membership fees are $75 for aestheticians and other beauty professionals for the first year, $40 for students and $60 to renew. Sponsorships are also available.
