MIAMI - Jan. 15, 2014 - PRLog -- With international buyers scooping up Miami condos from Brickell to Bal Harbour, The Astor Companies is launching a new residential development in Miami’s historic Little Havana neighborhood. InTown (, a $95 million condominium project slated to rise at 1900 SW 8th Street, will deliver upscale comfort, luxury amenities, and the conveniences of urban living without the steep price tag. InTown will be located just off Southwest 8th Street (Calle Ocho) and 19th Avenue, within walking distance of the Tower Theater, Domino Park, and countless shops, art galleries, restaurants and lounges that have opened in recent years. The neighborhood’s revitalization is due in large part to the surging residential and commercial activity in the nearby Downtown Miami/Brickell areas, which is generating a positive spillover effect on the Little Havana district.

Intown will be located just three miles west of Downtown Miami’s Brickell Financial District; close to the high-end shopping complex Brickell CityCentre (currently under construction); and only minutes away from surrounding neighborhoods such as Midtown Miami, the Miami Design District, Wynwood, Coconut Grove and Coral Gables.

Fully-furnished options will be available for purchase, with interior decorator furnishings designed by Interiors by Steven G.
