ALBANY, N.Y. - Jan. 15, 2014 - PRLog -- – Northern Rivers Family Services, formed in 2012 to manage the combined $83 million annual operations of Parsons Child and Family Center and Northeast Parent & Child Society, has been approved by the Internal Revenue Service as a public charity with full tax exempt status.
