Chuck Madore Appointed CEO of Model 2 Machine (M2M) Group

MILWAUKEE - Jan. 15, 2014 - PRLog -- Chuck Madore has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Model 2 Machine (M2M) Group http://www.model2machine.com headquartered in Muskego, Wisconsin. Model 2 Machine Group (M2M) is a consortium of companies that provides OEM customers a single source for rapid prototyping, parts development, near net shape casting development and high tolerance machining with flexible lead times.

Generation Growth Capital http://www.generationgrowth.com (GGC) founded M2M with the acquisitions of four distinct yet complementary businesses: Clinkenbeard & Associates, Inc., M2M Machining, Inc., Tri Aerospace, LLC and Mica Tool & Manufacturing, Inc.  Industries served by M2M Group companies include aerospace, automotive, defense, power generation, marine, medical equipment, heavy truck, construction, oil and gas, agricultural, power transmission and fluid power.

Mr. Madore brings nearly 30 years of management experience to his position as M2M Group CEO and is an established and respected industry leader in the areas of aerospace, defense, automotive, industrial machining, fabrication, metalworking and distribution.

Mr. Madore’s initial activities will be geared toward developing and implementing an M2M Group strategy, whereby the four companies that comprise the M2M Group will capitalize on the synergies of the combined group, thereby maximizing the ability of the organization to offer its customers ongoing solutions from a common source.

An established organizational and industry leader, Mr. Madore most recently served as Executive Vice President Aerospace – Americas, for Exova, Inc., Los Angeles, California, where he increased market revenue by nearly 20 percent year-on-year by developing and then executing comprehensive strategic plans geared around generating superior operational performance.

Prior to his position at Exova, Mr. Madore served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Klune Industries, Inc., North Hollywood, California, where he was instrumental in negotiating and securing numerous new contracts, thereby leading the company through an era of unprecedented growth.

Before joining Klune, Mr. Madore was the General Manager at Tect Aerospace, Thomasville, Georgia, where he defined and implemented strategic planning initiatives and direction.  He oversaw and managed daily operations and successfully led the division through a period of intense business growth.

Mr. Madore also served as Vice President of Operations at Smith Aerospace, Inc., Manchester Connecticut; and General Manager for Automotive – Associated Spring Division, as well as Director of Operations for Aerospace – Windsor Machining Division, Barnes Group, Bristol, Connecticut.

Mr. Madore’s educational background includes an MS Degree in Management and Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s Lally School of Business, Hartford, Connecticut, and a BS Degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Charter Oak State University, New Britain, Connecticut.  Mr. Madore also completed the Executive Leader Development Program at Columbia School of Business.
