Joseph Federico, VP NJ MET in Clifton, NJ, Announces A+ Rating from Better Business Bureau

CLIFTON, N.J. - Jan. 14, 2014 - PRLog -- Joseph Federico, VP and Director of Operations at NJ MET, announced today that NJMET has received a ranking of A+ from the New Jersey Better Business Bureau (BBB).

“We are very proud of the A+ rating that NJ MET has received,” said Joseph Federico.  “It is a mark that we are ‘walking the walk’ when it comes to our business values.  We strive to treat each customer with respect and resolve any issues quickly and fairly.”

NJ MET received BBB Accreditation in 2010.  “We pursued accreditation because we felt that the Better Business Bureau accreditation standards of honesty, transparency, and trust speak to the way that we run NJ MET.”

The Better Business Bureau rates companies on 16 criteria to compute its rating.  Criteria include a business’s licensing, background information on the business including any honors it has received, the length of time it been in business, the volume of complaints, number of unresolved complaints, number of unanswered complaints,  an analysis of overall complaints,  and government actions against a business.
