Business Improvement Team Introduces New Version of Business Diagnostic X-Ray
The Business Improvement Team (BIT), a consortium of independent consulting firms who utilize synergies, announced today that it has created a new and improved version of the Business Diagnostic X-Ray to look into a business’s health.
The FREE Diagnostic X-Ray is designed to assist small to medium- sized business in analyzing their business, identify areas that need to be improved, and focus on those areas. From that analysis, an action plan can be created to improve their business operations.
Often the first step in making a significant difference is knowing WHERE to make changes in a business, based on what will have the most payback and then, WHAT to do. The results of the Diagnostic X-Ray will give a business a prioritized list of actions to take to accelerate the success of the business.
A business owner will answer a series of questions about the business. The results will help pinpoint the key areas in a business where effort could make the biggest difference – increasing operational effectiveness and ultimately increase customer service or the bottom line. It will also help determine planning and strategic thinking that may need to be done and suggest where best to put in place improved methods that will increase the value of a business.
Curt Petterson of Absolute Engineering said, “The new version should prove to be extremely useful for small to medium- sized businesses in assessing their strengths and planning where to focus their efforts.” The Diagnostic is available from the Business Improvement Team (info@BizImpTeam.com).
