The PADI Enriched Air Diver course is PADI’s most popular specialty scuba diving course.

Why?

Because diving with enriched air nitrox gives you more no-decompression dive time. This means you can typically stay down longer—especially on repetitive dives—and get back in the water sooner! Especially around the Gili Islands there are excellent dive sites for Enriched Air.

To qualify as an Enriched Air Nitrox Diver you must be at least 12 years old and possess a PADI Open Water Diver certification or equivalent.

By the end of the course you will be qualified to:

◾Decide the optimum gas blend for the depth you are diving to increase your no-stop limits.
◾Obtain and analyse enriched air with a 22-40% oxygen content.
◾Calculate your oxygen exposure and repetitive pressure groups.
◾Understand the theoretical and operational considerations for Enriched Air diving.

After completing the PADI Enriched Air Nitrox course with Oceans 5 Dive Resort Gili Air you will receive a PADI Enriched Air Diver certification card allowing you to obtain and use enriched air world-wide.

There are 2 different options for the PADI Enriched Air Nitrox course with Oceans 5 Dive Resort Gili Air.

OPTION 1 - Theory only option

This will certify you to dive with Enriched Air Nitrox, and covers the classroom theory and practical applications but without any dives.

The cost of option 1 is IDR1.400.000 and includes all your course materials and certification, there are no extras.  Oceans 5 Dive Resort starts every day PADI Enriched Air Specialty Courses.

OPTION 2 - Diving option

This course is completed over 2 days. Locations for this course include the Gili Islands, Lombok, Indonesia. The Gili Islands are part of the famous Coral Triangle. The Coral Triangle is a marine area located in the western Pacific Ocean. It includes the waters of Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Papua New Guinea, Timor Leste and Solomon Islands. Named for its staggering number of corals (nearly 600 different species of reef-building corals alone), the region nurtures six of the world’s seven marine turtle species and more than 2000 species of reef fish.

This option comprises two open water dives and a knowledge development section. Price IDR2.000.000

Option 2 includes, PADI Enriched Air Manual, tanks, nitrox, weights and all equipment.

Also if you are already a dive Instructor to become a PADI Enriched Air Specialty Instructor. This Course takes 1 day, The PADI Course Director shows you the Specialty Instructor manual and their will be one dive. This Specialty Instructor rating count towards to become a Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT).
