Ecycler Canada Assets Sold to Blendium, Inc

VANCOUVER, British Columbia - Jan. 12, 2014 - PRLog -- On November 24, 2013, ecycler has sold its Canada assets to Blendium, Inc. a Chicago-based company. Ecycler has ceased all operations in Canada as of December 31, 2013. The assets included the two domain names (ecycler.ca and e-cycler.ca) and the ecycler Canada website, which is now shuttered. The majority of transactions over the last two years have occurred in the Vancouver area with the assistance of RecycleSmart a company based in British Columbia.

The Canada site differed from the US site in several ways including the types of materials recycled. The Canada site included bed mattresses and tires, for example. In addition, the material weights were based on the metric system according to Canadian measurement systems.
