SAN DIEGO - Jan. 11, 2014 - PRLog -- SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA, (January 10, 2014) –SportOutlier Foundation is excited to introduce their first annual Kids’ Challenge Campaign and Fundraiser, Saturday January 11, 2014 from 10:00 a.m - 10:00 p.m during the San Diego/Los Angeles Basketball Challenge at Lincoln High School. SportOutlier Foundation is the title sponsor of the tournament and proud supporter of community health and performance.

Join Olympic Gold Medalist and Track & Field Coach Al Joyner in the biggest challenge of his career, fighting obesity in our children. Help Al Joyner and SportOutlier Foundation launch it's Kids’ Challenge Campaign and Fundraiser to fight obesity. This signature campaign and fundraising promotes a positive future for our children.

The Kids’ Challenge Campaign and Fundraiser offers a series of FREE summer camps that provide educational tools to improve heath awareness and training methods to enhance performance in every day life.  Camps integrate beginning to advanced performance training models and applied sport psychology to maximize training results. Each participant will have the opportunity to build a strong foundation of fitness, improve athletic performance, and gain essential life skills to enhance personal strengths both in life and in sport.
