Bryan Hawks

Mr. Hawks handles commercial real estate transactions including the leasing, acquisition, development and disposition of hotels, resorts, restaurants, marinas and retail projects. He has been involved in a number of high-profile projects including the $305.1 million refinancing of more than 40 properties in the Miami Design District, the largest construction financing in South Florida since the 2008 real estate crash. Joshua A. Kaplan

Mr. Kaplan handles tax planning related to international and domestic transactions, including restructurings, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions.
