Avison Young Brokers Two Leases at 70 Blanchard Road, Burlington, MA

BOSTON - Jan. 10, 2014 - PRLog -- Avison Young, North America’s fastest growing commercial real estate services firm, has successfully brokered two leases totaling 16,564 sf at 128 Corporate Center located at 70 Blanchard Road, Burlington, MA.  Avison Young New England team led by Principal Jack Kerrigan along with Vice President Mark Coelho represented the landlord, E & F Realty Associates LP.

Avison Young Vice President Bill Sullivan brokered a 14,431 sf lease on behalf of the tenant, Advanstar.  Ed Carbone, CCIM of Carbone Commercial Real Estate, Inc. brokered the 2,133 sf lease on behalf of Gullotti Insurance.

70 Blanchard Road is a 115,000 sf, Class A office building located in Burlington, MA. The building is currently 91.6% leased and has 29,767 sf available.
