Announces New Date for Concert by
Broadway & TV Star AUDRA McDONALD
February 26 at 8 p.m.

(West Palm Beach, FL – January 7, 2014)  The Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts today announced that a concert by five time Tony Award winner Audra McDonald will now be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2014. Originally scheduled for last Sunday night, the performance was postponed due to illness.

Broadway legend Audra McDonald returns to the concert stage following four seasons on the hit ABC television series Private Practice and after winning a record-tying fifth Tony Award® for her unforgettable performance in The Gershwins’ Porgy and Bess. In this concert, the two-time Grammy Award®-winner will perform an intimate evening of favorite show tunes, including songs from her new album, Go Back Home—her most personal recording to date. “Absolutely thrilling … a defining voice of our time,” gushes The New York Times.

Patrons can use their January 5 tickets for the rescheduled date. Ticket holders may call (561) 832-7469 or (800) 572-8471, or stop by the Kravis Center box office at 701 Okeechobee Blvd., West Palm Beach to receive at their option a house credit to their account for a future purchase (no expiration) or a full refund to their original method of payment. Tickets must be returned for a refund.

The Kravis Center apologizes for any inconvenience that this rescheduled performance may cause and invites Ms. McDonald’s many fans to enjoy her concert on February 26.
