Paying homage to the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment known as "Night Stalkers", these Soldiers are recognized for their proficiency in nighttime operations. The soldiers are highly trained and able to accomplish the very toughest missions in all environments, anywhere in the world, day or night, with unparalleled precision.  The unit became known as the "Night Stalkers" because of its capability to strike undetected during the hours of darkness and its unprecedented combat successes. Today,” Night Stalkers” continue to develop and employ new technology and tactics, techniques and procedures for the battlefield. Working with Kryptek, this Jeep features a unique camouflage pattern, "Typhon". When utilized in conjunction with Starwood's famous "Kevlar" Jeep coating, this Jeep is definitely one of a kind and will be recognizable anywhere it goes. The Nightstalker Jeep had to include some creature comforts so a completely customized Alpine audio system was chosen to break the silence. An Alpine INE-Z928HD 8” head unit was chosen and the Jeep dash was professionally modified to accept the oversized unit. Speakers include three sets of Alpine components with two pair installed in a newly fabricated overhead sound bar. The Nightstalker uses two Alpine slim mount 10” subwoofers and is powered by two PDX digital amplifiers which gives the audio system over 1,800 watts of power. This audio system was professionally installed by the team of CDIDIT; a Fort Worth based installation facility owned & operated by US military veterans. Starwood reached out to Baja Designs to fit the Nightstalker with custom IR lighting and to keep control of all the electronics, an sPOD accessory wiring module with custom switch panel was also installed.
