Arriba Capital Closes $3.1M SBA 7a Loan for a RV & Mobile Home Park in Felton, CA

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Jan. 9, 2014 - PRLog -- Arriba Capital “Arriba” is proud to announce the successful closing of a 25-year, $3.1 million SBA 7a loan for an RV and Mobile Home Park in Felton, CA. This MHP, said to be one of the first in the U.S., has been owned and operated by the same family for close to a decade.  “Understanding the intent to keep the property in the family for generations to come, Arriba was able to structure an attractive long-term financing solution which refinanced the existing high yield debt along with providing a longer amortization schedule. This new debt structure, along with an experienced set of family operators, will insure the park’s long term success,” said Arriba Capitals Joel Nathanson, who originated the financing.
