About the Author
Agnes Chavez is an artist, entrepreneur, and language innovator. Raised in a bilingual home, Agnes founded the Sube Language System in 1996 and since then has received numerous educational honors like the 2012 New Mexico Women in Technology Award.
In 2013, she contributed to an edited volume by Media-N: The Journal of the New Media Caucus on the importance of creativity and imagination in our educational institutions. And in 2014, she’ll be presenting at the 33rd International Thailand TESOL Conference on how to incorporate these precise skills into the 21st century classroom.
