The GEO Group UK Ltd appoints Auriga to provide Managed Services Framework
Custody provider formalises agreement with Auriga to manage all ICT and security development
A leading provider of custodial and related services, GEO has managed Immigration Removal Centres across the UK for more than eight years. The Company sought a managed security services supplier with specialist knowledge, capable of responding to changing Governmental and compliance requirements. Auriga began providing GEO with outsourced security services in 2012 based upon the team’s experience in carrying out complex compliance projects on behalf of organisations such as the Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Justice. Today’s announcement not only formalises the relationship with Auriga but will enable GEO to expand its remit with a view to becoming the custody and offender management supplier of choice for the Home Office, The Ministry of Justice and all core clients.
