Kelly Kuc Joins Farbman Group / NAI Farbman as Senior Controller

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. - Jan. 6, 2014 - PRLog -- Farbman Group / NAI Farbman, a full-service real estate firm based in Southfield, Mich., named Kelly Kuc senior controller.  Company CEO Andrew V. Farbman made the announcement today.

In this new position, Kuc will oversee property management, corporate and construction accounting.  She also will be responsible for Farbman Group / NAI Farbman’s financial statements, general ledger maintenance, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance and various special analyses.

The Macomb resident has nearly 20 years of real estate accounting experience in portfolio asset accounting, property management and construction services for a variety of ownership structures.

Prior to joining Farbman Group / NAI Farbman, Kuc held positions as senior director of property management, controller for property management accounting and senior property accountant at commercial real estate firms.

Kuc earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Accounting from Oakland University.
