WM&C Promotion: Jim Phillis Promoted To Assistant Manager

DUBLIN, Ohio - Jan. 9, 2014 - PRLog -- Jim Phillis was recently promoted to Assistant Manager of Walker Marketing. I took the time to sit down with him to ask him a few questions about his recent accomplishment.


Q:How long have you been with Walker?

A: One year and 5 months.

Q-What's the biggest thing you've learned since working at Walker?

A- Mentality is everything, you are where you're supposed to be in the buisness and if you are not happy with you have the power to change it.

Q-Who has been your biggest mentor on the Walker team?

A: Brandon Walker, because it's easy to mentor someone who is the perfect example of our business.

Q-What advice would you give to someone who is on their way to being promoted to management?

A: Always do the right thing, take care of your guys and continue to be a student of the business.

Q-What motivates you?

A: What motivates me is my family, my guys and having an opportunity to advance and grow within the company.
