Costco to Host Book Signing for Chicago Author on the Lincoln Highway

Cynthia Ogorek will be available to sign copies of pictorial history
NAPERVILLE, Ill. - Jan. 3, 2014 - PRLog -- The Lincoln Highway was the first transcontinental highway developed and now spans across 13 states.  In the Chicago region, the highway served a monumental role in the area’s transportation and development.

In her second book with Arcadia Publishing, Cynthia Ogorek pictorially depicts the rich history of the Lincoln Highway stretch around Chicago.  Her book is the first to concentrate on one specific segment of the highway.

Ogorek hopes the book will “provide future generations with a record of the history of the Lincoln Highway and of suburban Chicago.”
