ST. LOUIS - Jan. 2, 2014 - PRLog -- Great news!  You didn't get fired, downsized or laid off!  It's a tribute to your work ethic and your skills, so you should be feeling good about the situation.  Of course you are, but you are also being overloaded with the work of those who were let go.

Everyone needs to assess their current worth to their employer.  Instead of relying on what you've done in the past, you must focus on what you can do to help the organization thrive in the future.

We would like to invite you to attend the St. Louis Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals meeting on January 9, 2014 at the Crowne Plaza St. Louis Airport Hotel, 11228 Lone Eagle Drive, Bridgeton, Missouri where you will learn how to develop a personal strategy for managing change, eliminate mistakes that can come with an invisible promotion, use effective time management techniques and delegate effectively.  This presentation has been approved for one recertification point for those in attendance.

Our speaker, Elizabeth Webb, CAP-OM, served as St. Louis Chapter IAAP President in 1997-98 and 2005-06, as well as in many other positions and offices.  She served as Missouri Division President from 2002-2003 and is currently serving on the Division Speakers' Bureau.  She is also the Missouri Division Ambassador of Excellence.

Please plan to join us for this very informative and helpful presentation. Registration information may be found at www.iaap-stl.org (Meetings and Events).
