ATLANTA - Jan. 1, 2014 - PRLog -- The gospel indie community takes a stand with one of their own as she battles pancreatic cancer.  "It has been unbelievable... everyone is being so kind and such a blessing to me..." says gospel recording artists Yasmeen in a recent interview with Pastor T. from the Prayzefest Gospel Hour Show.  Pancreatic Cancer is no longer faceless in the indie community and various artists have committed to raising awareness to what some deem to be the most aggressive cancer of them all.

The Town House Cafe' opened it's doors in 1964 with Mrs. Ossie Lee Hamm at the helm, close to the square in Covington, GA and is still a striving family business today.  Current owners and staff at  The Town House Cafe (https://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Town-House-Cafe/120827027933812) (James Hamm and Cedrick Hamm) are opening their doors for the next Jubilee Journey Benefit Concert for Yasmeen.  Great film companies and movie producers have utilized this awesome family oriented cafe for their projects. The cafe was converted into Alice's Wing & A Prayer Diner for the movie starring Academy Award winner Kathy Bates and Academy Award nominee Alfre Woodard ... also the cafe has been utilized for the filming of Tyler Perry's "The Family That Preys",  and The Vampire Diaries from the CW 69 Network (Channel 10 on comcast) to name a few of it's awesome accomplishments... but it is best known for the impeccable food and service in it's down home family oriented setting.

On SATURDAY JANUARY 4, 2014 FROM 1PM - 4PM the indie community comes together again to stand with Yasmeen during her fight against pancreatic cancer.  "We;re calling everyone together as it is going to take a village to render the aide needed... " says Apostole Dr. Teresa Jordan (a.k.a. Pastor T.) from The Prayzefest Gospel Network.  Full details are available at www.thepgnetwork.org (click on the menu tab Yasmeen's Journey).  Be a part of history in the making again at The Town House Cafe, family oriented and community purposed... making a difference one serving at a time.
