SCHAUMBURG, Ill. - Dec. 31, 2013 - PRLog -- SCHAUMBURG, IL–Contingent Security Services, Ltd. is pleased to announce that Joel Vargas, Director of Operations has executed a MOU and Strategic Partnership Agreement with The Gang Professionals Company, LLC. (GANGPRO). The agreement is for both organizations to be able to exchange opportunities as well as fulfill some of the mutual existing and future needs.

GANGPRO brings to the partnership an existing network of anti-narcotics and gang officers that extend in the entire United States as well as many parts of the world. Gangs and narcotics are serious problems and these two are causing significant troubles for countries like Mexico and cities like Chicago. “GANGPRO has the ‘boots on the ground’ that could completely revolutionize how policing is done to address the threats created by drugs and gangs,” Director Joel Vargas added.

“GANGPRO is positioned perfectly to serve small to large agencies in the United States and throughout the world with extensive experience and top consultants and trainers with hundreds of years of combined experience,” according to Rusty Keeble, President and CEO of GANPRO. Cities and agencies of all sizes could effectively hire and access their expertise in the field to effectively combat and ultimately reduce their gang and narcotic crime and violence, which today has grown to epidemic proportions draining the budgets of both rural to urban cities around the world.

“At Contingent Security Services, Ltd. we are strong in creating models to reduce criminal activity from gangs, transnational criminal organizations, terrorism, intelligence support programs and systems, and technology to support a small to a multi-jurisdictional operation that can extend to over 400 jurisdictions and cover 14 different languages,” Joel Vargas stated.

The challenges the supply chain, law enforcement, and security forces face today require different disciplines. Today, no longer can police forces not share and become “Professionals” in the law enforcement field. The threats and crime types demand that the police officers take their careers to a much higher level and not simply become complacent with what they learned in the police academy, what they learned during their FTO training, or the limited education they acquire during their careers.

“In pilot programs currently in one city, the crime reduction with simple models that follow strict law enforcement rules has shown results that exceed 50% in crime reduction,” According to Joel Vargas. Visit the Village of Bensenville for more information on the current programs deployed there: www.bensenville.il.usCommunity Oriented Police subsection.

“Our mission is simple – to disrupt, dismantle and eliminate gang crime and we look forward to exploring all the different opportunities the two organizations will be able to create that will assist us in bringing more value to our members, our client agencies and increase our ability to combat and reduce gang crime while increasing public safety and the quality of life within the communities we touch,” stated Rusty Keeble, President and CEO of The Gang Professionals Company, LLC.
