New Obesity Support Group Launched in Sussex

Dec. 31, 2013 - PRLog -- Big Matters, a UK based obesity online information and lifestyle support service since 2004, will be marking its tenth year by opening a new Obesity Support Group in Crawley, West Sussex on Jan 9^th 2014.

The concept of the Support Group is to offer a environment for people to be able to relax amongst others living with a weight issue and to be able to discuss the effect that obesity has on many areas of their daily life from emotional issues to health problems.

Realising the importance of giving positive, unjudgemental support the group will create an environment that is welcoming and allows people to share experiences and gain strength from the other members.

The group is open to all and will be held at the Charis Centre, West Green Drive, Crawley, Sussex RH11 7EL every Thursday, 7.00-8.30pm from January 9^th 2014. Newcomers are welcome each week to join the group .
