The Congress has been designed to allow researchers, engineers and scientists from diverse academic and professional fields to communicate their latest research findings and industry innovations. The Congress offers various types of Abstract and Full Paper presentations, including oral presentation, e-presentation and poster presentation. In particular, the e-presentations offer delegates who cannot personally attend the Congress the opportunity to have their paper presented electronically. Delegates may specify their preferred presentation day and may also act as Session Chairs for their respective presentation sessions. There will be Best Presentation Awards determined by a vote of congress participants. More detailed versions of high-quality full papers from 2014 WCUSEng will be invited for further review leading to publication in the International Journal of Unmanned Systems Engineering. The World Congress offers also an exceptional opportunity for sponsors and exhibitors to promote their companies among an influential community of World-wide engineers, scientists, researchers and business professionals. Ultimately, 2014 WCUSEng provides an excellent environment to make business acquaintances and showcase novel industry products. Proceedings of the 2014 World Congress Abstracts and Full Papers will be peer-reviewed and published in the Proceedings of the 2014 World Congress on Unmanned Systems Engineering, hosted by the International Journal of Unmanned Systems Engineering. The Congress Editorial Board will consider Abstracts and Full Papers that present novel research findings or methodologies in the areas of air, ground, maritime and space systems engineering. The scope is wide, including themes such as Aerodynamics & aeroelasticity, Airships & aerostats, Autonomy & swarming, Economic impact, Electrical & electronic systems, Electromagnetic communications, Fire-fighting & disaster management, Flight control systems & avionics, Flight stability, Flight test & evaluation, Fluid mechanics, Human factors, Law enforcement applications, Materials, Micro air vehicles, Micro-electro- Parallel courses Parallel technical courses are offered at the Congress for anyone that wishes to enrol.
