Follow on Google News | Actyl Group to Seek Ambitious Workers in San Juan, Puerto RicoCompany recruits individuals for various jobs in western Canada
By: Actyl Group Inc. The trip will take place January 14-16 and include job opportunities from about 75 employers located in the Canadian provinces of Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia. It’s part of major efforts across Canada to bring more temporary foreign workers (TFWs) to the country to fill significant gaps in the labor market. “We are extremely excited to travel to Puerto Rico to meet with and recruit a wide range of skilled workers from throughout the region,” said Dr. Linda West, president of Actyl. “There are some tremendous opportunities in western Canada for workers to fill needed roles, and we have had great success locating TFWs across the globe to meet these high labor demands. We will be looking for candidates to fill positions in the hospitality, food service and other related sectors.” Due to major booms in the oil and gas exploration industries, the economy in western Canada has been growing rapidly over the last several years. An influx of oil and gas workers has created more economic demand in the region, positively impacting industries that provide much-needed products and services to this population. In addition, much of the region has high numbers of older people who are reaching retirement age, opening up even more job opportunities. Actyl has years of experience finding and recruiting talented and hard-working TFWs. It is currently looking at candidates who have experience working in the trades and restaurants, and who wish to embark on fulfilling career prospects and take advantage of a unique opportunity to travel to and live in another country. “Many of the candidates who come to Canada to work find that there are unparalleled opportunities for personal and professional growth,” said West. “We look forward to traveling to San Juan and finding the people who are going to help Canada address the significant labor gap in its western provinces.” Actyl officials will be available at the ESJ Towers Vacation Rentals office at Avenida Isla Verde in San Juan between 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. AST, January 14-16, 2014. All interviews and informational sessions are completely free. To learn more about this opportunity and to apply for open positions, visit http://www.actyl.com/ End
