Mr. Sudhir Choudhrie’s AlphaOne launches the Anti-Drug Campaign in Amritsar

AlphaOne, the real estate subsidiary of C&C Alpha Group, has been constantly promoting social causes in Amritsar, through various campaigns and events. Its umbrella company, C&CAG, a reputed PE firm with business ventures spanning across the globe, has been a part of numerous philanthropic endeavours and this can be attributed to its founder, Mr. Sudhir ‘Bunny’ Choudhrie, who is a successful financial advisor, entrepreneur and the present VC of Alpha G: Corp.
The match was played to support the social cause of “Be The Change Club”. As the slogan goes “Say Yes to Health and Say No to Drugs”, the organization backs the Anti-Drug campaign. The game, held in Amritsar, attracted a considerably large audience who watched in enthusiasm and supported the players in full spirit, giving them a chance to contribute towards this social cause alike.
Earlier in this tournament, matches were played between the India Inter-zonal teams of AAI. The participating teams were from East, West, North, South, Central, North East and South East zones. However, in this match, the teams of the East and Central zone qualified for the finals and it was the East zone that stole a win in this tournament.
This friendly match was hosted in collaboration with AlphaOne and “Be The Change Club” social campaign. Mr. Navjot Singh Sidhu, Member of Parliament and ex-cricketer of the Indian Cricket Team handed over the award to the winning team and congratulated AlphaOne on their attempt at spreading awareness about adopting a healthy and drug-free life.
The Vice Chairman of Alpha G: Corp Mr. Sudhir ‘Bunny’ Choudhrie expressed his delight at being able to facilitate this event. He also emphasized that the company is dedicated towards ensuring quality lifestyle for the people of Amritsar.
