92.7 BIG FM announces winner of ‘DABUR HONITUS BIG JUNIOR RJ’

~ Children between 6 to 14 years of age auditioned for a month to become 92.7 BIG FM RJs on Christmas Day! ~

BHOPAL, December 26, 2013: India’s largest radio network 92.7 BIG FM and Dabur Honitus, the leading natural cough & cold brand from the house of Dabur, declared Ku. Hansreet Kaur as the winner of a mega hunt to identify the most talented child radio-jockey. The massive talent initiative, christened ‘Dabur Honitus BIG Junior RJ’, was conducted across the country and helped identify RJ-ing talent in children between 6 and 14 years of age. A number of children auditioned for the role and the winner was given an exclusive chance to host shows on 25^th December 2013 (Christmas Day).

The month-long campaign, which concluded on Christmas Day, gave opportunities to children from several schools. The children were judged on parameters such as spontaneity, delivery and diction, smartness, general knowledge and RJing ability. 92.7 BIG FM and Dabur Honitus selected a confident, cheerful and bubbly Ku. Hansreet Kaur, who got a chance to debut on radio and host shows with 92.7 BIG FM RJs.

Bringing the excitement of reality shows to radio, this initiative gave parents the advantage of being actively involved in grooming their young ones to stand out in the unique contest. The program also gave children a fantastic new opportunity to display skills that are often ignored in children but prized in radio jockeys.
