Kingdom Fortunes Combines With Dekalb Juvenile Courts to Transform the Lives of Young People

The Dekalb County Juvenile Court System’s Youth Achievement Program, focuses on aiding the achievement of young students by helping them earn income and job experience while they earn a General Educational Development, is supplemented by KFDG, which provides comprehensive entrepreneurial dialogue and mathematic tutelage.

KFDG is not a mere company—no more than people it serves globally are merely clients. It is this highly personable attitude that distinguishes KFDG’s work and relationships in the realm of Human Development, allowing the students of the Youth Achievement Program to ascertain not only effective and quality education, but new levels of awareness, confidence and direction.

The program offers GED support services to young people who are no longer in traditional school settings as well as test taking support and personalized tutoring. Sculpting young people for leadership and management, the program also addresses soft skill development while providing broad spectrum academic assistance.

This year also saw the premier of Summer Academy, a supplementary program of educational support for particularly talented students. Built around internships and apprenticeships, the program also offers a summer work hire element, enabling students to gain valuable working experience while honing their skillsets and moving in the direction of their future.

Since KFDG’s induction into the state’s already existing remedial program, students have shown marked improvement, not only in the realm of mathematics and entrepreneurship, but in attitude, self-confidence and direction.
