Upscale Glendale Shopping Center Offers Deep Discounts Jan. 11, 12 and 13

GLENDALE, Ariz. - Dec. 19, 2013 - PRLog -- Shoppers can start the new year with deep discounts 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Jan. 11, 12 and 13 at the annual sidewalk sale at the Village at Arrowhead Shopping Center, 20050 N. 67^th Ave. in Glendale.

    Participating merchants will be reducing inventory and offering sales of up to 75% off regular retail prices.

    “Every January the merchants at The Village at Arrowhead Shopping Center dedicate one special weekend to show our appreciation to our valued customers,” said Mary Walker, marketing coordinator for the Glendale shopping center and president of Power Promotions.  “Rather than holding a special event, we responded to our customers’ requests for a spectacular sale with deep discounts.”

    The shopping center has been a hub of activity and the sponsor of numerous free community events that collect food and funds for local charities. The most recent activity was Carriage Rides with Santa where riders were encouraged to donate food or cash to A New Leaf, a 501c3.

     The mission of A New Leaf ‘s, helping families ...changing lives, has had a positive influence in Arizona for nearly 40 years with over 25 programs Valley wide including homeless and domestic violence shelters, youth and community programs.
