S.K.I Investigations announces merger

MIAMI - Dec. 19, 2013 - PRLog -- S.K.I Investigations announced today the acquisition of I.B.S. (Investigative Business Solutions) an Arizona-based investigation company. The acquired business is a regional provider of investigative and SIU services for employers, insurance companies and third party administrators in the insurance market in the Western US.

“The acquisition is part of our strategic expansion of our services into the Western US market.  The combination of the two companies will secure operational support and expansion into California and Arizona. S.K.I. Investigations holds investigative licensing in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, Kentucky, Texas, Alabama and Mississippi with California, Arizona, Illinois, New Jersey all pending.

I.B.S President Brent LaJeunesse will be bringing his 15 years of industry experience to the S.K.I. team and will lead our expansion into the Western US as Regional Sales Manager.
