New Video Campaign Showcases the “Faces of SHARE”

COQUITLAM, British Columbia - Dec. 18, 2013 - PRLog -- Today, SHARE Family & Community Services introduced a series of short digital stories, to provide an inside glimpse into their work. The videos, produced by SHARE’s Community Development Worker Thor Larson, tells the stories of some of SHARE’s services from the viewpoint of the clients, volunteers and staff.

Larson appreciates the willingness of clients and volunteers to share their stories: “It takes courage and self-confidence to have your story told in this way,” he said. “I’m grateful that people were willing to help us put a “face” on the services that we deliver.”

SHARE works with people from all walks of life, from all over the world, but who share the kind of aspirations that are familiar to us all: improved lives for themselves and their families; opportunities to connect to their community; and an interest in taking the next steps in their life’s journey.

Wyant is hopeful that people throughout the Tri-Cities will take a moment to learn a little more about the people who are part of SHARE’s work.  “We are proud to be a community-based agency with more than 41 years of history in the Tri-Cities. We are privileged to receive tremendous volunteer support and funds and food from a generous community. Thank you for helping us make an important difference in the lives of the people we serve”.
