Taylor has more than two decades of industry experience, and ten of those years have been spent with BenefitMall starting in 2004. She has had enormous success with forming and maintaining relationships with several of the company’s top Carriers.

Previous to her career at BenefitMall, Barbara began in Columbus, Ohio at Lincoln National in 1989. She spent 16 years gaining experience in building Broker and Carrier partnerships. During her time at Lincoln, they grew to become one of the largest General Agents in Central Ohio due to Barbara’s efforts.
