Dr K K Aggarwal creates another Indian Record on CPR10

Padma Shri and Dr B C Roy National Awardee Dr. K K Aggarwal, President Heart Care Foundation of India, created an Indian record of training 1080 people in single rescuer CPR–10 in one session on 1080 manikins.

GREATER KAILASH, India - Dec. 18, 2013 - PRLog -- Padma Shri and Dr B C Roy National Awardee Dr. K K Aggarwal, President Heart Care Foundation of India, created an Indian record of training 1080 people in single rescuer CPR–10 in one session on 1080 manikins.

The record event was held on 15th December 2013 at Talkatora Stadium and was organized in association with New Delhi Municipal Council.

The event was inaugurated by Sh. Jalaj Shrivastava, Chairman NDMC. The record has been accepted by IJCP Book of Medical records.

In the past Dr K K Aggarwal and Heart Care Foundation hold an Indian record of providing multi rescuer hands-only CPR–10 training to 1050 people in one session using 210 manikins.

About HCFI : The only National Not for profit NGO, on whose mega community health education events, Govt. of India has released two National Commemorative stamps and one cancellation stamp, and who has conducted one to one training on" Hands only CPR" of 80967 people since 1st November 2012.

The CPR 10 Mantra is – "Within 10 minutes of death, earlier the better; at least for the next 10 minutes, longer the better; compress the centre of the chest of the dead person continuously and effectively with a speed of 10×10 i.e. 100 per minute."
