Dec. 17, 2013 - PRLog -- I-CARE, Inc. ® located in Fairfax, Virginia earlier this year celebrated the opening of their Health & Wellness Center focusing on preventative care and the launch of their new website (http://icareaboutliving.net (http://www.icareaboutliving.net/)). Prevention is sometimes forgotten or ignored in the medical arena. I-CARE, Inc. ® provides a pro-active solution instead of just reacting to the problem. The Health & Wellness Center encourages empowerment, prevention, and awareness in order to live a great and healthy life.

The Health & Wellness Center has a private personal training fitness studio within their facility which offers undivided personal training sessions to clients. The studio also offers 1:2:1 training with a certified personal trainer and helps clients with weight loss and muscle tone while focusing on core strength, agility drills and cardio.

The Health & Wellness Center includes the newest and most effective exercise equipment to help clients reach their fitness goals. Inside the studio are physio balls, bands, free weights and treadmills--all the equipment clients would need.

The ultimate goal of our personal trainers is to empower the participant to make better lifestyle choices and to empower participants to take an active approach to improve their health and maintain their wellness.
