DUBLIN, Ohio - Dec. 17, 2013 - PRLog -- Breaking ground in October, 2013 the Residence Inn by Marriott – Dublin is on schedule to open their doors in Q4 2014.  Located on the southeast corner of Rt-161 and Frantz Rd, just off I-270, the $13 million, 4-story project will include 100-suites, indoor pool, sport court, outdoor social area and 500 sq. ft. of meeting space.

Kurt Furlong, EVP & Principal – Sales & Marketing, states “The Residence Inn by Marriott – Dublin, OH, will provide a terrific, high-end product to Dublin, OH market serving both the extended stay and transient niche.” Furlong added, “The Residence Inn – Dublin, OH will be Midas’s seventh extended stay hotel and third hotel in the Columbus, Ohio suburbs.  Midas also owns and operates the Staybridge Suites – Dublin, OH at Tuttle Crossing, one exit south on I-270 and the Residence Inn – Worthington, OH.
