LOS ANGELES - Dec. 17, 2013 - PRLog -- Girls that want to have their own businesses!

Hundreds of tweens running their own businesses and charities will step out to celebrate 100 years of progress for women. On June 14, 2014 girls, ages of 7 to 14, will gather at the 2nd Bizzy Girls Fair to share their products, talk about their charities, listen to speakers, learn about women in history, enjoy entertainment and inspire each other.

This event will be held at The Santa Monica Bay Woman's Club, who is celebrating the 100th year anniversary of their club, started by women in the suffrage movement
.

The Bizzy Girls Fair allows girls, moms and their communities to gather for a day of celebration, as today's girls show and tell us what they really want.

Over two hundred girls between the ages of 7 and 14 have attended Bizzy Girls Entrepreneur Camps. These camps are held at malls throughout the country and offered through cities such as Beverly Hills and Santa Barbara.  Next year over 500 eager tweens will create their own businesses.

The result ?  Most girls have been selling out of their products.

Deborah Kanafani, founder of Bizzy Girls Inc, said "Our students have ranged from a seven year old garden blogger who has packaged her own brand of seeds with excerpts from her blog on the packaging, to an organic bubble bath lines, to fashion and accessories."

Kanafani, a bestselling author and entrepreneur, started the program to empower tween girls. "We have unique program that was developed by education and tween experts. We spent over a year testing methods on focus groups to find out what the girls really wanted and how best to teach them. Our camps have grown from coast to coast and are full. Moms want their daughters to learn these important skills, to know that they can create a future for themselves."

Ten year old camper Annable Zimmer said "It's the best Camp I ever went to, I am going to keep selling my things and show them on Instagram.  I learned how to negotiate, it was so cool."

Girls also take field trips in the mall to various stores such as The Body Shop, where they learnabout branding, and free trade, and visit a bank to learn about how companies get capital to start their businesses.
