STAMFORD, Conn. - Dec. 16, 2013 - PRLog -- The public is invited to attend an Ambassadors’ Roundtable series “After Work” event.  The presentation will be by Michael Siegel on "The Ties That Bind: U.S. National Security in Europe and the Balkans”. This event will take place at the Stamford Yacht Club on January 15, 2014.

Michael Siegel is the Managing Partner for Roberti+White's International Client Practice; former State Department & National Security Council strategist and spokesman; and Political & Policy Consultant. Mr. Siegel manages Roberti+White’s international client practice.  As a strategic partner he headed up the tactical public affairs operation for the Democratic Republic of Serbia’s successful bid for entry into the European Union, subsequently advising the nation’s foreign minister and his political team during their winning campaign for President of the UN General Assembly.

A recognized policy expert, strategist and writer, Siegel served as advisor to the National Security Council in Bosnia-Herzegovina and Deputy Press Secretary to Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, traveling to over 40 countries, and was also a spokesman for the Senate Finance Committee. He has represented leading corporate, public and non-governmental enterprises, including Goldman Sachs’ Urban Investment Group, Stanford University, Human Rights Watch and Newman’s Own Foundation.

The cost for the evening is free for AR series members, $30 forum members and $50 for the general public. The event will start at 5:30 P.M. with a cash bar and hors d’oeuvres.
