Matt Kennedy Announces Retirement From Talk Radio

BATON ROUGE, La. - Dec. 16, 2013 - PRLog -- This morning on Talk 107.3FM, Matt Kennedy announced that he would be retiring from his position as morning show host after more than 27 years on the air.  Matt has decided, after much consideration, that he will retire from the radio in order to better serve his clients and team at The Presley Group.

Matt has worked part time with The Presley Group as a retirement planner and insurance agent since late 2008.  In order to better serve his existing and future clients, Matt has determined that he will step down from his position as a radio show host and transition to working full time with The Presley Group.  We are excited to have Matt joining us full time and know that we will be better able to serve our clients as a result.

Matt will still be heard every week on Talk 107.3FM in Baton Rouge during our weekly radio show, Your Money Matters, every Saturday and Sunday morning.  In addition, he will continue providing reports and coverage during hurricane season and other major events as needed.

When asked about his future with The Presley Group, Matt stated that he is ”looking forward to helping many more people plan for retirement with our safe money strategies at The Presley Group”.
