Loud in Africa Brings Breast Cancer Awareness on the Red Carpet

NEW YORK - Dec. 16, 2013 - PRLog -- On December 20^th, 2013, Black Speech Media Group in partnership with Fara Bar and Restaurant (Les Ambassades) will host the second installation of their red carpet charity event  “Loud In Africa”.  The event will feature a movie premiere and the release of mix tapes by Cote D’Ivoire’s DJ Saddam and Ghana’s DJ Stay Cracka.  The red carpet will be hosted by Radio/TV personality Ikechukwu “Ike” Odeimegwu and Roxane Zouzou from Young Hollywood Family.  Special guests will include acclaimed Ghanaian Musicians Jay Ghartey and B Clay, Senegalese model Azy Banks and Cameroonian model and actor Bertini Heumegni. The red carpet is scheduled to start at 10PM with special guests interviews and pictures. A new released film by Black Speech Media Group will be screened from 11pm-Midnight, followed by an after party

Loud In Africa’s portion of the proceeds goes towards a non-profit organization chosen based on their work in the African community in the continent and in the Diaspora. For the month of December, Loud in Africa is partnering with Pink For Africa, a non-profit organization based in New York City that focuses on raising breast cancer awareness in the African community.

The Loud in Africa initiative has been praised to be one of the best events bringing together Africans and friends of Africa of all ages to celebrate African arts and entertainment while supporting organizations working in African communities.
