New York Native Wins Berkshire Motorhome Plus Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in Outdoor Adventure Giveaway!

CLEARWATER, Fla. - Dec. 16, 2013 - PRLog -- The 2013 Outdoor Adventure Dream Giveaway, a nationwide drawing sponsored by the National Association of Christian Churches, came to an end on October 30, 2013. Norman Reddish of Tonawanda, New York, was the grand prize winner.

Mr. Reddish received the keys to both a luxurious 2013 Berkshire 39-foot motorhome and a matching 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. In addition, Mr. Reddish also received two Jeep bicycles, a top-of-the-line kayak, and $50,000 cash to help pay the prize taxes.

Mr. Reddish entered the 2013 Outdoor Adventure Dream Giveaway on February 5, 2013, by making a $20 tax-deductible donation.

Mr. Reddish accepted the prize package at the award ceremony on Friday, December 6, 2013 at Alternative Automotive Technologies in Troy, Michigan. Key executives from DG Group, Inc. were on hand to see Mr. Reddish receive both vehicles. The keys to the 2013 Berkshire motorhome were handed to Mr. Reddish by Bob Richardson, zone manager representing Forest River. The keys to the 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon were handed to Mr. Reddish by Mark Breiner, CEO of DG Group, Inc.

Mr. Reddish received the news that he won both vehicles via phone on Tuesday, November 12, 2013.  “I can’t believe I won,” Mr. Reddish said at the time, proclaiming he was totally shocked and it wasn’t until the next day that everything started to sink in.

The excitement continued at the award ceremony when Mr.Reddish got to see the two vehicles in person for the first time,“When we were walking up to the door we weren’t sure what to expect,” Mr. Reddish said. “I was quite surprised when I saw everything. I can’t believe this is real.”

The National Association of Christian Churches (NACC) is a faith-based organization prepared to mobilize relief efforts without regard to race, creed or religion, at a moment’s notice through a network of over 100 member churches, generous corporate supporters, and thousands of volunteers. As a result of this event, NACC will award grants to the National Guard Educational Foundation and WorldVision. Thousands of entries were received over the course of the giveaway as a means of helping these important causes.
