The Nation’s Best Winery Now Accepting Bitcoin
Rebel Coast Winery, the Nation’s (self-proclaimed)
Redondo Beach, CA December 12, 2013 – California’s Rebel Coast Winery is proud to announce that they will now accept Bitcoin as a form of payment for any product that the winery produces and/or sells.
Beginning immediately, users can now purchase goods from the Winery’s website, www.RebelCoastWinery.com. Customers simply have to select the “Bitcoin” option at checkout, the currency will convert to Bitcoin currency, and the transaction is complete. Rebel Coast Winery Owner, Chip Forsythe says, “the decision to accept Bitcoin is simple, it’s the hottest new form of currency…we are the hottest new wine on the market and Bitcoin is something that we really believe in. So, it’s a no brainer.”
A Brief Introduction – Rebel Coast Winery
Founded in 2012, Rebel Coast Winery has quickly grown to become one of the hottest new wineries in the nation. In the beginning, two brothers started making wine together in the dorm rooms of a school in San Luis Obispo, that will be unnamed (you know which one). They started blending in trashcans and under bridges, meaning it was barely drinkable. Now, the production method is much different, and yes, it’s very drinkable now.
Bitcoin is a consensus network that enables a new payment system and a completely digital money. It is the first decentralized peer-to-peer payment network that is powered by its users with no central authority or middlemen. From a user perspective, Bitcoin is pretty much like cash for the Internet. Bitcoin can also be seen as the most prominent triple entry bookkeeping system in existence.
