The Greens at Pine Hill I & II Wins Three Industry Excellence Awards

LINDENWOLD, N.J. - Dec. 12, 2013 - PRLog -- PINE HILL, NJ – December 12, 2013 – The Greens at Pine Hill I & II, a 500-unit apartment community in Camden County, NJ, announced today that it is the recipient of three of the Apartment Association of Greater Philadelphia’s (AAGP) “2013 Best in Apartment Living” awards for leasing and maintenance excellence. The community, which is owned by the Silver Street Development Corporation and managed by Community Realty Management (CRM), was selected to receive the awards out of over 2,000 multi-family properties in the Delaware Valley.

To be eligible for a Leasing Excellence award, a property must display an exemplary marketing program, which is evaluated based on the results of a mystery shopper’s interactions with the property’s leasing staff, both over the phone and in person. The overall level of care for the community, including the property’s curb appeal, maintenance staff, and cleanliness, was assessed by a third party for the Maintenance Excellence award.

“It is a great honor to be recognized by the AAGP for the hard work we put into enhancing the quality of our community,” stated Michelle Storino, an executive property manager for CRM. “To know we rank amongst some of the premier apartment properties in Greater Philadelphia only makes us work harder to be exemplary to the affordable housing industry.”

The Greens at Pine Hill I & II were awarded the following by the AAGP, a non-profit organization representing multi-family developers, owners and managers in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties:

·         The Greens at Pine Hill I - Maintenance Excellence  for properties with 261-320 units, built from 1970 -1984, Honorable Mention

·         The Greens at Pine Hill II - Maintenance Excellence for properties with 151-200 units, built from 1970-1984, Honorable Mention

·         The Greens at Pine Hill I – Leasing Excellence for properties with 251-300 units, built from 1970-1984, Honorable Mention
