CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Dec. 11, 2013 - PRLog -- On Tuesday, December 17th, 2013 chef Jason Bond will host a one-of-a-kind multi-course truffle dinner at his intimate Cambridge restaurant. The evening will begin beside Bondir's fireplace at 6:30PM, as canapés will be served in a warm and inviting environment. A sit down dinner will commence at 7:00PM, when guests will be served a magnificent dinner featuring four courses, each infused with black and white truffles. Jason Bond is a visionary chef, whose restaurant Bondir, with two locations in Cambridge and Concord, MA has won wide acclaim since opening in November 2010. Chef Bond has been an active presence in Harvard's Science and Cooking series, devising menus for courses and serving food to celebrated visiting chefs including Harold McGee, Grant Achatz, Nathan Myhrvold, and Ferran Adrià.
