Finalists for the M&A Advisor’s M&A Consulting Firm of the Year have been selected from a list of nominees submitted, and an independent panel of judges will select the winner in the coming month. The winner will be announced at the 12th Annual M&A Awards Gala on Tuesday, December 17th at the prestigious New York Athletic Club. Riveron is in esteemed company with the other finalists in this category—Generational Equity, L.E.K. Consulting LLC, and PWC. The annual M&A Advisor Awards strive to recognize the leading dealmakers, firms and transactions, and each year celebrate the creativity, perseverance and ingenuity of the industry’s professionals.

The SMU Cox School of Business Dallas 100™  Entrepreneur Awards list was co-founded by the Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship in 1990, and is an annual event that identifies and honors the 100 fastest-growing privately held companies in the Dallas area. To qualify, a company must meet a number of criteria based on its legal status, location, sales history, credit report, and character. This year’s winners were chosen on increased growth in sales, giving weight to percentage of growth and absolute dollar growth in the three years preceding the event.  This year Riveron was ranked at number 87 after being included on the list at 94 in 2012.
