Sally’s Ice Cream Announces Seasonal Hours

Flagler Beach, FL – Sally’s Ice Cream has announced their new seasonal hours of operation.

“We adjust to the time change each year,” said Karen Barchowski, one of Sally’s Ice Cream’s co-owners. “We have more than just ice cream though, so our diners are enjoying our hamburgers, hot dogs, Coney Island Dogs and more all year round,” she added.

The new seasonal hours are Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The trio of all-female owners plan on adding hot chocolate, espresso, and cappuccino to their menu soon.

Sally’s Ice Cream is located at 401 North Oceanshore Blvd in Flagler Beach, just .01 of a mile north of the Flagler Beach Pier. Sally’s has been in business since 1985, and owners Karen Barchowski, Vanessa Leadenham, and Holly Moree took over ownership in July of 2012. Many of their items are homemade including their caramel and chili for their chili cheese dogs. They carry over 40 flavors of ice cream, soft serve ice cream with 23 topping choices, milkshakes, banana splits, flurries, malts, root beer floats, smoothies, frozen key lime pie on a stick, a variety of ice cream Sundays, 100% certified Angus ground beef hamburgers, Nathan’s all beef hot dogs, Coney Island Dogs, Chili Cheese Dogs, Lou-Lou Dogs, and Sabrett Onion Dogs with 13 different topping choices.
