Anaheim Students Invite Dr. Robert Ornelas To Help Support The Marines This Holiday Season

Anaheim High School students ask Governor hopeful Dr. Robert Ornelas and Senator Lou Correa to support donations drive.

ANAHEIM, Calif. - Dec. 5, 2013 - PRLog -- Principal Dr. Corral of Anaheim High School works with N.J.R.O.T.C. students to put Operation Save Our Hero’s into full effect. Honoring those who serve, today until Monday December 9th by collecting donations of various items to put care packages together. Packages will be sent to a Marine Unit stationed in Afghanistan for this Christmas season.

Students reach out to Senator Lou Correa and 2014 California Gubernatorial Candidate Dr. Robert Ornelas. Invited to support the cause too encourage young people to get involved and honor those in service. As a community activist and advocate for veterans Ornelas finds rallies such as Operation Save Our Hero’s extremely significant.

A 16-year-old N.J.R.O.T.C. student Kimmi Mendez will hold a special ' Operation: SaveOur Heroes' Donation Drop Off Drive Sunday December 8th 12pm-4pm at 1295 E. lincoln Ave Anaheim, Ca 92805. Accepting financial donations as well as supplies.
